We'll start your day off with a healthy breakfast and a kickoff presentation of the On Target Living Transformation Program. Chris Johnson will present his "Power of Feeling your Best" seminar. This presentation will keep you on the edge of your seat as you learn the science behind how your body works in conjunction with your lifestyle choices. Assisted by his expert staff, Chris will lead all general sessions in such topics as:
During the breaks Chris will educate you on the healthy benefits of "juicing" whole fruits and vegetables, adding healthy fats into your diet, and the importance of "hydrating" your body with healthy options.
Chris will teach you how to prepare a quick, healthy, delicious lunch. Then we'll dive into his "Eat Like a Super Hero" session. Many of us are unfamiliar with the world of Super Foods, the oldest and purest foods on the planet. Chris will educate you on the amazing benefits of super foods, and the many ways to add these foods into your diet. During our afternoon breaks we'll be sampling some of the most beneficial super foods on the planet and showing you the ingredients to use in making smoothies that your entire family will love!
Chris will lead this exercise session. This is fun and suited for EVERYONE-- from the fittest of the fit to those who don't know where to begin! Don't worry about falling behind or not being challenged—there's an ability group for every level.
We all need to learn how to get a better nights' rest, don't we? You will be amazed to learn how to reduce stress and get a better nights' sleep through a simple diaphragmatic breathing exercise.
