love this cookbook

I've had this cookbook for a number of years. I use it every week and of course we have our favorites... Curry Beef, black bean mango salad, sun dried tomatoes and mushroom pasta. Easy recipes and fancy enough for company too.
My daughter in law also cooks from it on a regular basis and she works full time and has a little one so there are quick kid friendly recipes as well.
Thankyou for making cooking fun and nutritious for someone who doesn't like to cook and loves to eat.

Great recipes!

I have tried several recipes from this book and they have all been good (bison stew, date cookies, oatmeal on the run, buckeye bark, granola). The recipes are not complicated to make and use ingredients found at the grocery. Look forward to trying more recipes from this book.
