I started getting eczema in my mid-fifties. It took me a while to figure out what it was, and for a long time I treated it by putting on eczema lotion two or three times a day. After a while it got worse so I went to the dermatologist and got a steroid ointment for bad flare-ups, which helped, but was gooey and greasy, and I don't really want to rely on a steroid treatment. I did some google research and learned that vitamin D might be helpful, and actually considered using a tanning bed to get the rays, but my gut told me no on that idea. I stumbled on one article that suggested Cod Liver Oil, and had recently started listening to the OTL podcast, and they recommended it for a variety of things, although eczema was not specifically mentioned. I really like the podcast, and I think they really have some great common sense advice, so I gave their CLO a try. Major success! Eczema is not completely gone, but flare-ups are few and far between, and much more easily managed. I only have to put lotion on once a day. I'm really happy I found this product. I take it with a 1-2 oz shot of orange juice because I have a major gag reflex, but it doesn't leave an aftertaste and is much easier to take that way.

This product is helping so much to lower the inflammation in my body. It took me a few days to feel the difference in my hips and legs. It goes together with well-being. I recommended this product to my daughter and liked it because it has no fish taste!!! I love the content of the product with lemon as an extra ingredient. Excellent!!!
I am a very happy regular user of OTL's Cod Liver Oil. I am especially grateful that the oil is as natural as possible and still contains the natural vitamins A and D, something that is hard to find.
All my life I had issued with my knees. Pain in both knees when doing sports or having to lift items was a regular as the sun coming up every day because, as my doctor told me, there is bone and bone, and they are not smooth but ragged. I was told to "just have to live with it". I never gave up caring for them and finding a way to prove the doctors wrong. Once I began to take fish oils, things began to improve somewhat, but it was OTL's Cod Liver Oil that made the difference.
Today I can do activities like Yoga and Hiking, and I also can play Tennis and Pickleball without any pain (some exceptions, weather-presssure related, appply).

Backstory: I have endured an incredibly awful itch problem for more than a decade. An embarrassing itch that polite people don't talk about. I had tried EVERYTHING - a surgical procedure, creams and topical oils such as Neem oil and castor oil.
Within in 2 weeks of starting the daily regimen of 1 TBSP Cod Liver Oil, I noticed my itch was gone and the skin and tissue had healed. I was stunned that something so simple could heal what nothing else had and that years of suffering and distress had been healed.
